Sizing
What size does the SukkahFlex sukkah adjust to? +
The SukkahFlex adjustable sukkah expands from about 4×5 up to 8×10, making it a flexible option for porches, balconies, decks, driveways, backyards, and other outdoor spaces.
Can it work for a small porch or balcony? +
Yes. Since the sukkah can adjust down to about 4×5, it may work for smaller outdoor spaces. Send us your measurements before ordering so we can help confirm if it is a good fit.
Can you help me choose the right size? +
Yes. Send us the measurements of your porch, deck, driveway, or backyard. Photos are also helpful if you are unsure about the layout.
Sukkah Details
What comes with the sukkah set? +
The sukkah set includes the adjustable telescopic frame, sidewalls, windows, a zipper door, Lavud belts, decorations, carry bag, manual, and setup accessories.
Is the sukkah portable? +
Yes. The sukkah is designed to be portable and comes with a carry bag for easier storage and transport after Sukkos.
Is it easy to set up? +
The sukkah is designed for straightforward setup with an adjustable telescopic frame and included manual. For the best setup, follow the instructions carefully and make sure the sukkah is properly secured.
Are schach crossbars included? +
Schach crossbars/support bars are not included unless specifically confirmed with your order. Contact us before ordering if you need support bars.
Schach
Is schach included with the sukkah? +
Schach is sold separately. Mehadrin schach rolls are available for customers ordering a SukkahFlex sukkah or replacing schach for an existing sukkah.
What certification does the schach have? +
The schach is expected to come with Badatz Eidah Chareidis certification. We recommend confirming the current hechsher label before ordering.
Can I buy schach without buying a sukkah? +
Yes. Schach rolls may be available as a separate product for customers who already own a sukkah and need new schach before Sukkos.
Orders
When should I order? +
It is best to order early before the Sukkos rush. Availability may become limited as yom tov gets closer.
Can I reserve a sukkah before pricing is finalized? +
Contact us if you are interested. We can take your information, confirm your space, and update you once pricing and availability are finalized.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Payment options will be confirmed before orders open. Once the website is fully live, checkout options may include standard online payment methods.
Pickup / Delivery
Do you offer pickup or delivery? +
Pickup and delivery options depend on your location and order timing. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is available.
What areas do you serve? +
Service areas are still being finalized. We expect to focus on frum communities such as Brooklyn, Queens, Five Towns, Lakewood, Monsey, and nearby areas, depending on availability and logistics.
Can I send photos of my space? +
Yes. Photos and measurements are helpful. Send your space size and location through the contact page so we can help you choose the right setup.
